The American company Lucra Cars has presented its most powerful model to enter the supercar market – the Lucra L148. It is the perfect combination of performance and luxury.
The company already did at the beginning of the year impression with the previous (and also the first) model LC470, which was able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.5 seconds. The knowledge gained during the development of the mentioned model was used and an improved version was presented L148. Designed around aerodynamic carbon fiber, with a tubular chromed steel chassis, it will have 4.7 liter V8 LS7 engine, which will be powered by Mercedes' 7-speed gearbox. At Lucra, they guarantee that the engine will be able to produce 700 horsepower.
The price of it carbon beauty will move around somewhere 180 thousand € and can compete with the strongest in this class. Namely, the vision of the company Luca, under the leadership Luke Richardson, is to create production cars that, due to their performance, will be »barely legal" for the road.
