The island of Krk attracts attention with its almost untouched beaches, crystal clear sea, gastronomic offer of local specialties, local wines, with its historical heritage... And to all this we must add truly wonderful accommodations that have recently appeared on Krk. Today we take you to one such beauty that impresses at first sight. This is Jerini's luxury house.
The island of Krk has been known for years as an ideal destination for holidays in the northern Adriatic. It's no wonder why, because from Ljubljana, for example, to this beautiful island, you'll only need a good two-hour drive by car (depending on which part of Krk you choose), and you'll enjoy the hedonistic atmosphere there and then return with batteries.
Luxury house Jerini is located in Bajčići, 6 kilometers from Malinska and the town of Krk. At first glance, this place is incredibly quiet and peaceful and offers all the conditions for a completely relaxing vacation. It is about 200 years old, and in 2018 it was completely renovated and turned into a tourist accommodation. The Croatian architect Branka Juras signed the project, and with it she certainly won her profession, the Croatian Chamber of Architects, which brought the Jerini House to the finals of the battle for the Medal for Architecture.
Spread over 2,300 square meters, the unit consists of two detached houses, which accommodate 8 to 10 people. Each house has two bedrooms with their own bathroom, and of course there is also a kitchen, dining room and living room. In the central unit there is a wellness area (sauna, jacuzzi, relaxation zone) and an outdoor swimming pool with a sunbathing area. A special feature is the space for sharing with a beautifully arranged wine cellar. The villa is surrounded by greenery and offers guests the peace and comfort they need, far away from the noise but close to the busy tourist spots. The surroundings of the villa are fantastic for nature lovers who like cycling and walking in the forest.
