Melon & Lime, a young Slovenian-Croatian start-up company, represents the world's first connected yoga platform. This means that every Melon & Lime base has an NFC chip built into it, which acts as a unique key to unlock the app full of inspirational yoga videos.
The main characteristics of the foundation Melon & Lime they are specially developed deeper texture, which enables better adhesion, and an emphasis on the design side of the bases as element of motivation. The foundation differs from others on the market in that it has built-in NFC chip, which allows the user innovative use of exclusive wellness and mindfulness contents, such as guided exercises active relaxation.
The bases are available in a combination of two colors: melon orange (Happy), which promotes joy and energy, and lime green (Calm), which helps with relaxation. In addition, the bases are made from environmentally friendly material, a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) that is fully recyclable. The base is also equipped with a convenient strap for carrying and storage.
About the app
The application is available for smartphone users Android and Apple, which have NFC technology enabled. It is only available with the purchase of the Melon & Lime foundation and it is one year free. As the Me Time app can only be unlocked with the NFC chip on the base, it cannot be used on its own. The application contains guided video exercises flow and restorative yoga, guided meditations and an introduction to the world of healing breathing techniques - pranayama. Exercises have created certified yoga teachers from Slovenia and Croatia: Ana Pirih, Maja Ranogajec and Anja Krvina. All exercises are recorded in English language. The application will be continuously updated with new content and functionalities adapted to the response of the first users.
