Mercator created wine the appearance of a stone wine cellar, and in the beer department with copper pipes the appearance of a brewer's pipe. It is introduced in the store as a novelty Sanatorium, herbal shop with medical devices and nutritional supplements. In the service departments, they included a range of food that we were not used to in stores until now; from the udder, which will be roasted in front of the customers in a specially made French oven, to various other types of roasted meat specialties. Even in the butcher shop, it is possible to see "behind the scenes", as the glass wall makes it possible watching the preparation and cutting of meat, the butcher's shop also has refrigerators for maturing meat, and offers a range of international specialties. The renovated store is also more technologically advanced, as it is the first in Slovenia to enable consumers to shop more efficiently, faster and more fun. Customers can use 3 M-scan cash registers after scanning the products themselves with special M-scans. It's a complete novelty the M-sken mobile application, which allows you to make a purchase with your mobile phone in the same way as with an M-scan, and soon it will also guide you between the shelves of the store to make it easier to find the products you want.
