Mercedes has published the first photos and technical data of the new C63 AMG, which will be available in two versions in terms of power. The more powerful one will develop 375 kW (510 hp), which is significantly more than the 317 kW that the Bavarian M3 can handle. The first deliveries to the most unexpected customers will be in February of next year, prices remain unknown for now.
At the launch of the new C63 AMG, Daimler is very specific about the name quietly withdrew the word Benz. The official name of the super sports sedan and station wagon of the D segment in the latest edition will be namely Mercedes C63 AMG. But for the first time, it will also happen that it will be this one available in two performance versions with the same engine. In both cases, it will work under the front cover 4.0 V8 twin-turbo petrol engine, which will basically develop 350 kW (476 hp) and 650 Nm of torque, in the S version has 375 kW (510 hp) and 700 Nm of torque.
Significantly in both cases more than BMW's 3.0-liter inline six-cylinder biturbo can handle engine in the M3, which is capable of 317 kW or 431 hp. In both cases, it will take care of the transmission of power to the road seven-speed AMG Speedshift MCT automatic, with a manual threading program and with Race Start function. They will be part of the standard equipment 18- or at "eSu" 19-inch wheels (with tire dimensions 245/40 R18 and 265/40 R18 and 245/35 R19 and 265/35 R 19, respectively). Compared to the other C's, they will more powerful also brakes whose discs will measure 360x36mm at the front and 330x26mm at the rear, while the eS will have disks with a diameter of 390 and 360 millimeters.

They will also be part of the package sports chassis and exhaust system with four tailpipes, but there will also be: sports seats, tripods trimmed steering wheel in alcantara, aluminum pedals and systems AMG Dynamic Select (with a selection of Comfort, Sport, Sport+ and Individual programs), AMG Ride Control and LED headlights. The prices are not yet known, but they are said to be significantly higher than those of the Bavarian competitor.
