Microsoft Health is a new service that helps us live a healthy life, and the Microsoft Band is the first device powered by Microsoft Health to help us reach our sports goals by tracking our heart rate, steps, calories burned and sleep quality.
Microsoft Band is a wristband with a watch and a sports activity tracker that powers it Microsoft Health. Ten sensors includes an optical heart rate sensor, UV sensor, which monitors your exposure to sunlight, a galvanic skin sensor that measures stress, and GPS sensor. Everything can be followed on the 1.4-inch touch screen that shows also notifications about received messages, phone calls, e-mails, Facebook and Twitter.

Since we were so diligent, the screen also shows us ours Starbucks card, so we can use it to pay for coffee. Of course, for now this is of no use to us, but it's nice for us caffeine addicts to know that a large cup of coffee is hidden inside such a healthy bracelet. The bracelet boasts a battery with a lifespan of two days and works both with iOS like Android system, but it is needed for additional hidden functions of Cortana Windows Phone.
