Think of having a bookcase in your living room or office that changes and adjusts depending on what you put on its shelves. This is exactly what the young industrial designer Alicja Prussakowska imagined, who designed a fluid rack with flexible curved shelves Mizu.
Mizu fluid rack is modern a piece of furniture, which changes its appearance and shape depending on what is placed on its shelves. Mizu means in the Japanese language water, which is also appropriately reflected in the rack's corrugated shelves with a simple mechanism that allows you to adjust the shelves at each level and thus create a unique space for storing your works of art.
The idea behind Mizu's creation is that it only becomes ours with time - with all the dents, marks and scratches. Mizu develops its own personal story with its owner and becomes only his. By changing the positions of objects on the shelves, not only the shape of the shelf changes, but according to the designer, the shelf begins to reflect the owner's personality.
