Enthusiastic cooks can hardly move to the kitchen during the day, where they indulge in enjoyment and experimentation.
Graduate students also followed this mantra Interior Architecture & Retail Design Piet Zwart Institute de Kooning Academy Rotterdam University, who developed the project Altered appliances, in which they researched the transformation of low-tech industrial appliances in the kitchen. They offered new solutions for the modern kitchen, from which they also started their design. It's four projects combined into one, and one of them is the laser-carved rollers they designed Joanne Choueiri, Giulia Cosenza and Povilas Raskevicius.
