Are you deterred from traveling across the desert by the absence of civilization? This excuse will soon no longer be applicable. Namely, a high-tech pavilion will be built in Jordan, the kind of which you will look for in vain near Slovenia.
Dina Haddadin and Rasem Kamal they intend to in the Jordanian desert Wadi Rum to build sustainable nomadic pavilion, which resembles a real Bedouin tent. The structure will blend perfectly with the surroundings and will be a refuge for visitors who will be carried away by the path into the desert.
The pavilion will be made of local natural materials. The creators will use when building the case black iris, Jordan's national flower, while the facade will be covered with wild cacti, which perfectly adapts to high temperatures. For the sake of the unique design, the inner part of the energy-efficient building, in which it will also be self-renewing water reservoir, will not overheat.
The stability of the tent will be taken care of 96 pipes, connected with natural rope. Similar to a real Bedouin tent, its modernized design will be covered inside with sheep's hair, which has a cooling effect. The material becomes harder in the event of rain or snow, which occur very rarely in the desert.
