Kinodvor and KUD E-nota are once again organizing Film ob jezer in Bled this year. This time, the event, which is perfect for all movie lovers who like to watch movie treats under a pleasant sky, will last from August 20 to 22, 2015 and will be positioned in front of the Bled Festival Hall.

Film by the lake 2015 will spoil us again this year with a noble selection of film masterpieces, which we will be able to watch outdoors, this time in front of the Bled Festival Hall. In three days - from August 20 to 22, 2015 - we will be able to see the films Birdman or The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance, Mr. Turner and Jauja: Paradise on Earth. All performances will start at 9 p.m.

Thursday, August 20: Birdman or The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance (Birdman or The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance, Alejandro González Iñárritu, USA, 2014, 119').


The big winner at this year's Oscars is a dark comedy about a Hollywood actor who rose to fame playing a superhero years ago and is now trying to revive his career with an ambitious Broadway show. The film by Alejandro G. Iñárritu (Dog's love, Babylon, Ču do vi to) is the Oscar winner for best film, direction, screenplay and cinematography.

Friday, August 21: Mr. Turner (Mr. Turner, Mike Leigh, VB / UK, 2014, 150').


A biography of the famous romantic painter JMW Turner under the direction of the master of British film realism Mike Leigh (Naked, Don't worry, One more year). A tribute from one great artist to another. Award for Best Actor at the Cannes Film Festival and nominations for the Academy Award and BAFTA Award for Best Cinematography.

Saturday, August 22: Jauja: Paradise on Earth (Jauja, Lisandro Alonso, Argentina, 2014, 108').


The story of a father's desperate search for his daughter, a lonely journey that takes us to a landscape beyond time, where the past does not exist and the future has no meaning. FIPRESCI Award in the Special View section at the Cannes Film Festival. The film is dedicated to Nika Bohinc and Alexis Tiosec.

Ticket price: EUR 5.00. Tickets for all shows can be purchased one hour before the start of the show at the venue box office. In case of rain, the film will be screened at 9 p.m. in the Bled Festival Hall.
