Already next month, the long-awaited Slovenian full-length drama Prebujanja is coming to Slovenian screens, a convincing and at times shocking story of three couples on the threshold of their forties, who are slowly being stalked by a midlife crisis. In the film, which was created under the direction of Petr Bratuša, we will follow the couples Jana Zupančič and Primož Pirnata, Saša Pavlin Stosić and Sebastiana Cavazza, and Katarina Čas and Jurija Zrnec, who will appear in the roles of the main protagonists.
All of them six central characters seemingly suffering from different problems - one of them finds himself in an affair with a girl a quarter of a century younger, another faces the decline of his own career, a third meets a love from twenty years ago... But in reality, they all deal with the same important question: Whats next?
In what way will they deal with the dilemma, on the threshold of which each of us can find ourselves in a certain period of our lives, we will follow on Slovenian movie screens from October 26. The team of creators of the film, which is intended both for those who are still waiting for such a period of growing up, as well as for those who have already experienced and survived this awakening, sent it to the world for a taste last weekend. trailer.
