Woody Allen's 51st film, Irrational Man, is, as befits the number, a mysterious love drama and comedy in one. It tackles philosophy professor Abo Lucas (Joacquin Phoenix), who is going through an existential crisis until his student (Emma Stone) enters his life, thanks to whom he discovers a new meaning of existence.
The movie Irrational Man Woody Allen will premiere at this year's film festival in Cannes. Judging by the trailer, we are in for Allen's new masterpiece, which straddles genres drama and comedy and is peppered with excellent one-liners and mysteriousness.

They are excellent in the film Joaquin Phoenix (Walk the Line, Her) and endearing Emma Stone (The Amazing Spider-Man, Birdman).
