Legendary musician Jimi Hendrix is getting his story in the new biopic Jimi: All Is By My Side, for which the first trailer is already available.
The long-awaited film about legendary musician Jimi Hendrix is finally coming to European cinemas. 'Jimi: All Is By My Side' presents an intimate portrait of the story of Jimi Hendrix (played by Outkast singer, André Benjamin), who lived as an unknown backup guitarist between 1966-67 before achieving his massive, well-deserved fame.
He took over the director's chair John Ridley, who we already know as the screenwriter of the film '12 Years a Slave' (2013) and 'Three Kings' (1999). In addition to Benjamin, they also play in the biographical drama Imogen Poots, Hayley Atwell and Burn Gorman.
