The 5th Wave is a sci-fi thriller based on the 2013 bestseller of the same name by the author Susannah Grant, which has also been translated into Slovenian (The Fifth Wave) and is about an invasion of extraterrestrial intelligence that wreaks havoc on Earth with waves that are a metaphor for killing . Among the handful of survivors after the 4th wave is Cassie Sullivan (Chloë Grace Moretz), a brave teenager who is trying to find her brother. Directed by J Blakeson, the film will satisfy all those mourning the end of The Hunger Games series, which hits theaters at the end of the year.
