The South Korean company LG has decided on a strategy of frequently offering updates for its most successful devices. A day before MWC 2018, it revealed the V30S ThinQ, a variant of the V30 that was released last year.
With this strategy, LG wants to 'extend the life' of its product lines. New phone LG V30S ThinQ impresses with improved specifications, while also offering artificial intelligence.
In external appearance between the devices there are no differences. They will be available from now on platinum gray and Moroccan blue phone color. The screen diagonal remains 6 inches. The phone will be powered by the same processor as the V30, Qualcomm Snapdragon 835. The rear dual-lens camera, which is capable of taking resolution photos, also remains unchanged 16MP, and a front-facing camera with resolution 5MP.
So how are the LG V30 and LG V30S ThinQ different?
The biggest difference is certainly that The V30S ThinQ satisfies the need for artificial intelligence. It has AI CAM, which allows the camera to recognize objects in front of it and adjust settings accordingly. Technology QLens will recognize the items and tell you where and at what price you can buy them. You will also be able to via the phone manage your LG home appliances.
The V30S ThinQ's camera has a mode Bright Mode, which brightens photos taken in low light. The new version also boasts of more RAM space (6 GB), and memory card (128 GB or 256 GB).
Finally, let's mention one more QVoice, a smart assistant that works in Korean and is of course aimed at the domestic market.
