Instead of wasting money on expensive cosmetic products, we offer you a simple and natural recipe for foot care that you can prepare yourself at home. The best part about this recipe is that you only need two ingredients that you already have in your kitchen – half a ripe banana and a spoonful of honey.

Process:

1. Mash the ripe banana well with a fork until you get a smooth paste.
2. Add a spoonful of honey to the banana paste.
3. Mix the ingredients thoroughly to get an even mixture.

Application and effects:

1. Before applying the mask, wash your feet thoroughly with warm water and dry them. Apply the prepared mixture to your feet, focusing on dry areas and rough skin. Rub the mask well into the skin of the feet.
2. Leave the mask on for at least 15 to 20 minutes to allow the ingredients to absorb and nourish the skin.
3. After the time has passed, wash off the mask with lukewarm water and dry your feet thoroughly. You will notice that the skin on your feet has become softer, smoother and moisturized.
4. Use also if necessary peeling cream to remove dead skin on heels or other rough areas.
