Our imagination obviously knows no bounds. Just when we think we've figured it all out, tried all the crazy ideas, a new one pops up. Well, if she's crazy, you'll judge for yourself. It is a new form of extreme sport - jumping from drones.
The industry of these unmanned of aircraft is booming and it is no wonder that it is pushing its boundaries and entering the new markets. At Aerones, a Latvian drone manufacturer, recently produced the world's first drone from which a human jumped. The jumper actually came up with the idea To Ingus Augstkalns, who prepared for this venture together with experts from Aerones 6 months.

He performed the jump by first climbing on 120-meter communications tower where he 'accidentally picked it up' 28-propeller drone and raised it to a height 330 m. Augstkalns then released the handle and opened the parachute after a few seconds of free fall. He described his feelings as “fantastic and exciting" and challenged his jumping colleagues from all over the world to join him in the future.
Drones are supposed to be more and more integrated into our lives anyway, as we are already using them for extinguishing fires, saving people and sports broadcasts. Where this path will take us, the future will reveal.
