New resort Naka Phuket Hotel it is accessible to guests only from a narrow mountain road, and at the same time it is only 10 kilometers away from the city of Patong, which is famous for its wild nightlife. The resort was designed by architect Dungarit Bunnag from the studio DBALP, for which he also received Wallpaper magazine award* for the best new hotel of 2014. The holiday village consists of square villas, which are staggered on top of each other and thus slightly resemble matchboxes. Each of the villas boasts huge windows that offer the visitor a wonderful view of the Andaman Sea. Staying in the villas is especially pleasant, as they are covered with natural materials such as teak wood and local stone. Besides 94 luxury villas the resort also offers its guests a private beach, a spa, an excellent restaurant and an Olympic-size swimming pool. The entire complex adapts to the line of the descending terrain, and green terraces and an abundance of trees also contribute to the natural appearance.
