Mazda3

Mazda presented the new Mazda3 at the Los Angeles Auto Show. It comes in a five-door version with a chopped rear and a four-door sedan. Although very similar, they look different at first glance. With the new Mazda3, they also mentioned the innovative Skyactive-X engine.

Unfortunately, Mazda only confirmed that it will have a new one Mazda3 Skyactive-X engine, but they did not give us any more specific ones information or characteristics. They also said that they would be available updated 1,5-, 2,0-, and 2.5 liter Skyactive petrol engines, depending on the region of sale. It is also updated 1.8 liter Skyactive diesel engine. There will be a choice to shift 6-speed manual or automatic gearbox. It will also be available four-wheeled drive.

The silhouette of the Mazda3 with a chopped rear works better sporty, while the sedan version has a bit sharper lines and more to lengthen conclusion butt. Both versions have a longer and low front, with distinctly mask and futuristic headlights. Thin A-pillars ensure better transparency from the car. The interior follows the philosophy 'less is more', which the designers somehow managed. It is located in the middle of the center console 8.8-inch screen, and below it there are some buttons for setting most of the functions in the car. It is also still available projection screen, which displays all vital information in the driver's field of vision. The Mazda3 also has new smart assistants, such as assistant for congestion, which has the ability to control acceleration, braking and even maneuvering with the steering wheel. Assistant for control transverse traffic prevents collisions at intersections with poor visibility.
