After ten years and on the thirtieth anniversary of the first festival, Novi Rock is coming back - the first urban festival of alternative music in our country. From 1981 to 2000, New Rock measured the pulse of contemporary Slovenian popular music and its most influential and innovative post-punk artists of all genres. Thus, over the years, Videosex, Laibach, Borghesia, Noctiferia, Res Nullius, Children of Socialism, Via Ofenziva, Šund, Kuzle, Psycho-Path, Elvis Jackson, Muskat Hamburg and many other groups entertained us on the New Rock stage. This year they will line up on stage Niet, Children of Socialism, Bulldogs with their own other albums Ni lepo, Aktivna propaganda, a hardcore punk band that promotes anarchist and anti-fascist values through its music, live performances and releases, Kvinton band, Zircus and many others. The poet, rocker, actor and Bosnian psycho Damir Avdić will also perform, whose albums Mrtvi su mrtvi and Život je raj represent the pinnacle of radical poetic and rock expression. In any case, participation is mandatory for all those who want to hear something different in the flood of pop music.
