Volkswagen has unveiled the e-BULLI concept, based on the 1966 classic, powered by 2020 technology.
Volkswagen and eClassics have come together again and presented another classic powered by state-of-the-art technology. Together, they restored the classic one BULLI's T1 Samba Bus and replaced his four cylinder boxer engine with electric motor. With the new technology, the power rose from 44 on 83 horsepower, and the maximum speed with 105 km/h on electronically limited 130 km/h. Battery capacity 45 kWh has enough energy to 200 kilometers a long way. Just like the classic, the e-BULLI is powered by the last one wheeled couple. e-BULLI offers the option of fast charging up to 50 kW, whereby the battery will be charged up to 80 percent already after 40 minutes.
At eClassics, they offer an electric and restored e-BULLI for around 64,900 euros, and in addition they also offer processing. They are still for sale sets, which allow individual owners of BULLIs to convert them just like that themselves in your own garage.
