Yes, you read that right. Nike and SKIMS are joining forces – and the result is almost too stylish to just hide away for the gym.
Get ready to stand in virtual lines at the end of January: January 26th at 7am Pacific Time is coming first official sneaker from a collaboration between two giant brands – sports giants Nike and a design (and pop culture) sensation SKIMS.
And no, this isn't another "collab" from the "nice logo, same sneaker" category. We're talking about a completely new interpretation of a legendary model. Nike Air Max 90 – the one with split toe a design that was originally introduced back in 1996 and is inspired by Japanese runners and tabi shoes.

What is NikeSKIMS Rift anyway?
It's a minimalist sneaker with a split toe – yes, that ninja vibe – that promises "effortless movement" and "sleek minimalism". But now with that signature SKIMS touch: soft, neutral colors (we expect the familiar SKIMS palette: chestnut, cream, caramel...), a timeless silhouette and certainly huge Instagram recognition.
And if the idea of a split-toe sneaker scares you – don't worry, fashion crowd has been riding this wave for a few years now. From Margiela's tabi shoes to the resurgent Nike Rift, it's clear: the future may indeed be wearing split toes. And now, in your feed.

Why is this collab important?
Because SKIMS is no longer just a lingerie brand. Under the leadership of Kim Kardashian, the brand has become a cultural phenomenon – from shapewear to homewear, and now it’s officially entering performance footwear. And if the collaboration with NBA (SKIMS is the league's official underwear partner) has already signaled a sports expansion, a collaboration with Nike is a logical – but extremely ambitious – next step.
Where and when?
January 26, 2026 at 7:00 AM Pacific Time (16:00 CET)
Available at: SKIMS.com, Nike.com and in selected SKIMS and Nike stores.
Set your alarms, check your internet connection and... maybe say goodbye to 150 euros (the official price has not yet been confirmed, but given the history of both brands - the prices will not be "budget-friendly").
Who is this sneaker for?
For all of you who have outgrown chunky sneakers, have a drawer full of white Air Force 1s, and want something that is sporty, wearable, and... likedWhether it's for the gym, brunch or – if you're really brave – the next fashion week in Paris.
The NikeSKIMS Rift is more than just another sneaker. It's a fashion statement that says, "Yes, I run. But with feel. And style." And with a split toe—because why not?
