You can easily make this fruit cake whenever you have (or don't have) time, as it takes less than 10 minutes to make. It's okay if you make it the day before, it will be waiting for you in the fridge when you want something sweet!
If you wish, you can change the fruit, so you can use strawberries, blueberries...
No-bake fruit cake
Ingredients
- 500 g of petit biscuits
- 150 ml of milk
- strawberries
- blueberries
- raspberries Ingredients for the cream:
- 600 ml of sweet cream
- 1 kg of mascarpone cheese
- 150 g of sugar
Directions
- Whip the sweet cream. The firmest is cold from the refrigerator.
- Add the mascarpone cheese and sugar and beat with a mixer to combine the ingredients.
- Divide the finished cream into 6 parts (just use a spoon to mark the outline in the model).
- Chop the fruit.
- Arrange in the following order: cookies – cream – strawberries – filling; cookies – cream – raspberries – cream; cookies – cream – blueberries – cream. Tip: Dip the Petit biscuits in milk each time.
- Add the melted chocolate to the remaining cream. Cover the cake with the resulting cream.
