Warm summer evenings make us crave delicious and refreshing drinks. Regardless of whether the drink is alcoholic or non-alcoholic, there are usually quite a few calories hidden in it. For comparison, a margarita cocktail has 530 calories and a summer piña colada has 420 calories.
So what kind of drink should I choose to calm down? we don't saturate ourselves with sugar and unnecessary calories, but that we still have the real feeling of summer?
