Warm summer evenings make us crave delicious and refreshing drinks. Regardless of whether the drink is alcoholic or non-alcoholic, there are usually quite a few calories hidden in it. For comparison, a margarita cocktail has 530 calories and a summer piña colada has 420 calories.

Lemonade with different flavors

Frosé
A drink that not only cools, but is also very photogenic (read: instagram-worthy), is definitely frosé, which is most simply described as a frozen version of rosé wine. This drink is easy to make with rosé, ice and a little lemon juice, and one glass, without sugar, has less than 90 calories.
A glass of dark wine
If you prefer to enjoy wine in a classic way, you can always go for a normal, chilled red wine. One glass of good quality red wine has around 88 calories.
