- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 cups of water
- 3/4 cup soy milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons of table starch
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 teaspoons of spirulina algae powder
Preparation:
- Soak the quinoa overnight in 2 cups of water.
- Drain off excess water and rinse thoroughly.
