There are few people who don't have at least one pair of All Stars sneakers in their closet. The popular Allstars were released in 1917 and their appearance has not changed to this day. However, we can therefore soon expect a new version in a very special guise.
It was initially expected to be an interpretation of the legendary model Chuck Taylor All Star issued as part of the collection The Ten, which Nike prepared in collaboration with the brand Off-White, which is owned by a Ghanaian-American designer Virgil Abloh. That didn't happen, but that's why a unique version of the cult footwear will see the light of day soon.
Virgil Abloh has added some modern flair to the classic sneaker. He attracted the most attention with the inscription "vulcanized”, which can be seen on the side part of the rubber sole. The word represents a process in which sulfur and heat are used to treat rubber. This results in better efficiency, flexibility and durability of the material.
The word “ is printed in a smaller font sizeshoelaces”, which in translation means shoelaces. It is attached to the shoelaces red cable tie. Of course, the creators did not forget about the celebrity either Converse brand logo, which can be found in the now common place.
The sneakers are not yet available to customers. It is also not yet known how much will have to be deducted for them.
