INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PERSONS: 100 g of fresh okra, 2 teaspoons of olive oil, 2 pinches of ground pepper, 2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar, 200 g of rocket, 8 cherry tomatoes, 8 kg of shrimp, 1 orange, a pinch of salt.

8 cherry tomatoes
8 dkg of shrimps
1 orange
pinch of salt
PREPARATION:
Cut the clean okra fruit
ends and cut them to 0.5 cm
thick rings. Together with the Gamber
fry it in olive oil and
sprinkle over the arugula, cut into slices
sliced oranges and cherries
tomatoes. Season and
stir.
