In the evening, be sure to have dinner at Carao, where culinary masterpieces are created by renowned chef Enriquw Olvera, who is also the manager of the Pujol restaurant in Ciudad de Mexico. On your plate you can find charred avocado with scallops, prawns and red jalapeno, or rock cornish with parsnip puree and fennel.
Inside the resort itself, there is an impressive spa with Temazcal - a kind of sauna, in which you are cleansed with the help of a shaman. Walking paths have also been created within the hotel, along which you can visit the 235-year-old La Abuela. The seashore also offers a range of activities, from kayaking to windsurfing. Children are also welcome, for whom they have arranged tree houses and climbing walls, and even a shelter for observing butterflies.
