Take on a bigger challenge

One you are not afraid of. Want to run a marathon? Then you better start training today. Would you like to learn to knit? Pick up a knitting needle and wool. Do you want to write a book? You better start typing. Eat good food, enjoy physical activities, be human in all your glory. With a "broken" body, it will be difficult for you to overcome your fears.

Start making changes in your life

It can be small changes, for example, make sure you vacuum the apartment every day or drink a cup of your favorite tea in peace on the balcony. But there can also be major changes, such as a new exercise or enrolling in a course you've been looking at for a long time. Whatever you choose: moving out of your comfort zone can be helpful when you need to prove to yourself that you can conquer virtually anything.
