The start of the now fourth and popular Overjam International Reggae festival, which will take place between August 12 and 15, 2015 on the meadows and forests of Tolmin and on the beautiful beaches of Soča and Tolminka, is not to be missed. The gentleman will be joined on stage by Jamaican reggae music stars, Capleton Jr. and roots reggae legend Max Romeo.
Overjam festival, mentioned several times among the ten best European festivals, primarily strives to present a superior music program that covers all branches of real reggae music: roots, new-roots, rub-a-dub, dub, dancehall, rocksteady, jungle and raggamuffin. Three stages ("yellow" main stage with live music, "red" with dancehall on the beach and "green" with oak, on the beach, in a grove under the stars), daily activities, various workshops, children's program in four languages (Slovenian, German, Italian and English), souvenir stands, press center, free camping, food from all over the world, RV camping and more - all this is the Overjam International Reggae Festival, an independent festival that with its uniqueness invites young people and families from all over Europe for a five-day vacation in idyllic nature with an international touch, authenticity, a pinch of uniqueness and a magical touch.
Max Romeo will perform as one of the main stars of the festival in Tolmin on Friday, August 14, while Capleton drove visitors crazy on Thursday, August 13. In front of him, the gathering will be enchanted by a black burning star Hollie Cook, daughter of legendary Sex Pistols drummer Paul Cooks. There are already previously confirmed names Gentleman, Mellow Mood, OBF, Jugglerz, Fatman HI-FI and Brother Culture.
