  • 6 tangerines (no wedges)
  • 100 ml of sweet wine
  • icing sugar
  • 1 dash of rum or liqueur
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter for baking
  • mint (for garnish)

Pancake mass:

  • 2 eggs
  • 250 ml of milk
  • 100 g of flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

The process of preparing alcoholic pancakes with tangerines:
First, let's tackle the pancake batter. Beat the eggs and add milk, melted butter, flour and a pinch of salt. Mix to form a thin dough, which is left to rest for a while. In the meantime, peel the tangerines and remove the skin. Melt the butter in a pot, add the tangerine pieces and mix. Add wine and flavor with cinnamon and powdered sugar. Cover and let it cook for a few minutes. Remove from heat and add rum. Mix the pancake batter again and add some milk if necessary. Heat a little oil in a pan and pour a thin layer of the mass in circular motions. Turn it over in a short time and the pancake is ready. If desired, the pancake can be decorated with grated chocolate and sprinkled with pine nuts before serving. Vanilla ice cream goes well with them.
