The events, exhibitions and lectures that follow each other seethe with creativity and breathe with the city for all 9 days. Lebanese designer Najla El Zein has installed 5,000 spinning paper water mills at the entrance of the Victoria & Albert Museum. All grinders are handmade and attached to metal tubes.
