The fashion house Prada recently opened a luxurious pastry shop in Milan and confirmed that fashion and food are disciplines that somehow belong together. Prestigious fashion brands have long been famous for their breathtaking bistros, cafes and restaurants, and nowadays, perhaps more than ever, they prove that food still plays an important role in fashion and a certain lifestyle.
In March 2014, it is a fashion house Prada became the majority owner of the famous Italian pastry shops Pasticcerie Marchesi, and these days their first branch on the famous Milan street Via Montenapoleone is finally opening its doors.

In designing the new "pasticceria", Prada collaborated with the original owners, as it does not want to change the very concept of the patisserie, which has always been famous for top desserts, which go perfectly with coffee and tea after a tiring "shopping" that the ladies do on one of the most luxurious streets in Milan. In the renovation of the interior of the pastry shop, Prada collaborated with architect Roberto Baciocchi, which has added some modern flair to the antique interior and created a beautiful space that we simply must see the next time we visit Milan.
