PowerUp 3.0" is a device that allows you to control a paper airplane with your smartphone.
Like children we all made paper airplanes and dropped them through the window. However, these are in the summer lasted only a few seconds. Thanks to the inventor To Shai Goitein, who works with the company TobyRich, it will be possible to control our paper toys and even perform acrobatics with them. With one charge it will allow 10 minutes flight and up to 55 meters range. The project is on Kickstarter already achieved 490 thousand dollars of those required 50 thousand. The fundraising campaign ends on January 25th, so the toy won't be available just in time for Christmas gifts.
PowerUp started as a simple propeller on an airplane that we make ourselves from A4 paper or light cardboard. You can also purchase this kit by donating to the project at Kickstarter. Goitein aims to raise enough funds for development Bluetooth module, which will enable the control of the plane via a smartphone. Initially, it was planned to present "PowerUp 3.0” back in October of this year, but it will now be available in the spring when we shake off winter and are ready to play outside.
