PINEAPPLE CARPACHO WITH ARGAN OIL, ALMONDS AND RED PEPPER

INGRIDIENTS:
1/2 sweet pineapple
1 tablespoon of argan oil
5 dkg of almonds
A pinch of ground red pepper
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
2 scoops of lemon ice cream

PREPARATION:
Cut the cooled pineapple into thin slices
