Forget the lottery – real green luck is growing in a pot on your window! Feng shui says that some plants not only decorate a space, but also attract wealth - these are plants for wealth, abundance and positive energy. Buckle up, because a botanical expedition to financial prosperity awaits you!

Plants for wealth?! In the world feng shui A home is more than just a space – it is an energy grid that, with the right tricks, can be filled with well-being. One of the most accessible (and aesthetic!) ways to do this is with plants. But not just any plants. We are talking about the true green masters of attraction of money.

Plants for wealth

1. Money tree (Crassula ovata) – green classic

The most iconic of the money plants is undoubtedly Crassula ovata, known as the fat-leafed plant or “money tree”. Its coin-like leaves are said to symbolically attract wealth. Place it on the southeast side of your home or on your desk. In addition to wealth, it will also give you fresh air and energy for work. Ideal for your home, office and Instagram story! Definitely the most legendary of the wealth plants.

2. Golden pothos (Epipremnum aureum) – damn good

This seductress with large, heart-shaped leaves is a real all-rounder: not only is it visually charming, but it is also extremely hardy. Golden Pothos is often used to alleviate “sha chi” – negative energy caused by, for example, sharp corners. Simply hang it above kitchen cabinets or place it on a bookshelf – and let it work its magic.

3. Chinese money plant (Pilea peperomioides) – minimalist magnet

Its round, flat leaves resemble green coins, making it no surprise that it has become a symbol of wealth in feng shui. The Chinese money plant is also extremely photogenic (read: Instafriendly) and easy to care for. Place it in a bright spot (but not too sunny), and watch it grow—along with your bank account.

4. Lucky bamboo (Dracaena sanderiana) – oriental amulet

It's not real bamboo, but in feng shui it's considered a serious weapon in the fight for financial luck. It thrives in water, so it's often part of the decor in entrances or living rooms. Bonus: if you tie it with a red bow, you double its power. And no, this isn't just grandma's superstition - it's feng shui with a confirmed tradition. Definitely the most obligatory of the wealth plants.

5. Crystal tree – when a plant is no longer a plant

Forget photosynthesis – crystal trees are artificial bonsai plants made from semi-precious stones like amethyst, citrine or jade. Placed in the “wealth corner” of the home (again, southeast), they are said to combine the powers of crystal therapy and feng shui. Even if you don’t believe in the energy of crystals – they look crazy cool.

6. Orchid (Orchidaceae) – elegance with a purpose

Not only are orchids the absolute divas of the houseplant world, they are also a symbol of fertility, abundance and success in feng shui. They bloom for a long time (as should your financial luck) and they don't like chaos - so give them a nice, clean corner with diffused light.

7. Spathiphyllum – clean energy

Spathiphyllum, also known as “lady’s happiness,” is a tropical beauty that purifies the air, absorbs electromagnetic radiation, and, according to feng shui, brings luck, peace, and—you guessed it—money. If your office is a windowless space, this is your plant.

8. Areca palm (Dypsis lutescens) – exotic power

This slightly exotic palm tree brings a vibrant, fresh energy while neutralizing toxins from the air. According to feng shui, it is said to create a harmonious energy field that allows for growth – both personally and financially. Bonus: it looks great next to fringed curtains.

Although you no plant will miraculously fill your wallet (unfortunately), with the right choice of wealth plants, placement, and care at home, you can create harmony that encourages work enthusiasm, positive thinking, and – you guessed it – greater financial stability. And if nothing else, you will at least have a gorgeous indoor garden.
