A baker, not a player. Transcend's new portable slim The CD/DVD writer (TS8XDVDRW-K) was designed primarily for use with our laptop. The recorder rests in a slim and beautifully designed black case. Simple connectivity is enabled via a USB cable, which simultaneously provides power, reads and writes to media such as: CD-R/RW, DVD±R, DVD±RW, DVD±R DL and DVD-RAM.
