It only takes one person to ignite a digital revolution with an indomitable vision.
The film's story follows Steve Jobs, the co-founder of Apple, between 1971 and 1991, as he grew up in a working-class suburb in northern California. After dropping out of college, in search of his own identity, he visited India, experimented with hallucinogenic drugs, and eventually found himself on the road to oblivion as a technician at a video game maker. But as the limitations of his fixed-time job got to him, he threw himself into marketing a small computer board made by his childhood friend Steve “Woz” Wozniak. But Jobs' drive and perfectionism also had a dark side: incredibly incapable of compassion, he left a trail of jilted lovers, betrayed friends, and disappointed colleagues.
