PUMA and Balmain have joined forces for the first time to present their PUMA x Balmain capsule collection, designed by Balmain Creative Director Olivier Rousteing and his friend and muse Cara Delevingne. While the latter collaboration with PUMO is not unknown (she has been working with them since 2016), this is her first collection with the brand.
Cara and Olivier have also worked together several times, as she was an English model/actress star of several Balmain campaigns and fashion magazines. "Cara is a good friend, and this is the fruit of our shared vision," he said Rousteing. "Everyone involved - PUMA, Balmain, Cara and myself - were determined to make something timeless. Above all, we were aware that the collection must have a strong message that must reflect who we are and what we believe in." Delevingne adds: “PUMA has always stood for teamwork and empowerment, so partnering with Olivier makes sense. Balmain also has a similar bold passion, and for that reason I am very positively excited. I am very proud of what this collaboration has brought.”
Collection PUMA x Balmain it mixes sport and fashion, and the pieces inspired boxing and Parisian couture. Thus, in addition to the tops and bottoms of sportswear, the collection also includes bras, boxer shorts and sneakers in a perfect color palette with golden accents.

Among other things, this will provide an additional collection of six pieces, which will be part of the house collection for spring 2020 and will be on sale in all their stores, online and at selected providers.
