Ah, what a man would give to find good seafood here on the mainland. But not the haute cuisine, priced salted and with a seafood offering hidden among the haute cuisine. No, I want that real atmosphere, the fish butchery down by the sea, where they don't mess with artificial additives to the fish, but prepare it as it gets hot! And look at it, there used to be a fast food restaurant in Domžale, right there at the intersection, but today, it seems, fish eaters have settled right on that corner. Delicious fish and other seafood can now also be found in Domžale, and that without fancy, but fish "on itself". A simple menu takes us from sardines, hake and tuna "schnitzel" to shark, sea bass, sea bream, squid, clams and shrimp, and as a side dish we will get what suits the fish, Swiss chard and potatoes or anything else as desired . However, a warning is in order - we will not always be able to get everything on the menu in front of us. Miran Lovšin, the owner of this fish corner in Domžale, swears by freshness. And if there is no fresh fish in the fishmonger, it will not be on the plate either. So no complications with seafood, but still, the surrounding fish eaters are happy to return to a very pleasant, albeit simple, sea environment.
