Here you can find a recipe for a great summer dessert. Cake with white chocolate and strawberries without baking will be ready quickly, and you won't even need to turn on the oven! Great, right?
Ingridients:
Dough
- 250 g of biscuits
- 80 g of butter
White cream
- 200 g of white chocolate
- 100 g whipping or cooking cream (for melting chocolate)
- 200 g of whipping cream
- 10 g gelatin (1/4 for white cream, 3/4 for pink cream)
Pink cream
- 300 g of strawberries
- 50 g of sugar
- 00 g of whipping cream
Preparation:
Cut the strawberries into small pieces and cook them with the sugar for 5 minutes until the sugar melts. While still hot, pour the mass into a multi-purpose food processor and mix it. Add 3/4 of the gelatin that you previously prepared by mixing a tablespoon of gelatin with 5 tablespoons of water. Melt the white chocolate in 100 ml of whipping or cooking cream and add 1/4 of the remaining gelatin to this mixture. Crush the biscuits and mix with the melted butter and then spread the mixture on the cake pan. Line the baking tray beforehand with baking paper to make the cake look nicer.
Mix the cooled white chocolate mass with 200 ml of whipping cream, which you have previously whipped, and spread the mass over the dough. Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Then add the pink mass, which you made in the same way as the white (mixing strawberries and whipping cream). Refrigerate for at least 6 hours. So sweet good run!
