After Land Rover "shocked" the automotive public in 2011 with a surprisingly modern and advanced crossover, this renowned English brand has now announced that they will come to Geneva "armed" with a rejuvenated model of the new Range Rover Evoque. The greatest progress has been made in the area of economy and weight, and there is also a lot of talk about the convertible version, which should hit the roads a little later.
Renovated range rover evoqua otherwise, only the biggest fans of the model and these will distinguish it from the "old" at first glance English brands, but to the less skilled, we inform you that the two models differ in the appearance of the front mask and bumper, the appearance of the LED lights and air vents is different, and the rear has a different roof spoiler.
The interior was also renovated, where the emphasis is on better materials, there are new seats, and it has also received improvements eight inch touch screen, whose action is faster. Engineers add to this that they are improved the braking system.
It was even more important weight loss diet, which the engineers prescribed for all engines in the range. The result of this is, on average, from 20 to 30 kilograms less weight and consequently lower consumption and emissions. A novelty in the offer is the four-cylinder diesel TD4, which is capable of 110 kW and promises an average consumption of only 4.2 liters and 109 grams of CO2 emissions per km of route. If this is not enough, you can use the 132 kilowatt version of the same engine, which boasts similar economy in the form of 125 grams of CO2 emissions.
On the petrol side, we find more Si4 turbo four cylinder, which is capable of 177 kW and accelerates the evoqua to 217 km/h and to 100 km/h in just 7.6 seconds. All this at 181 grams emissions CO2. The power in this engine is over nine-speed automatic driven on all four wheels, and for the other versions these two extras are subject to an additional charge.

All versions will be equipped with a new off-road system all-terrain progress control, which made it easier for the driver to drive downhill, where he only needs to turn the steering wheel, and everything else is taken care of by the electronics itself. More advanced technology will also remain, and the renewed Evoque should hit the roads before the summer.
