Real Goldilocks: This woman hasn't cut her hair since she was five, she's 34 today!

Many women dream of long, lush hair, but we quickly realize that one is a dream and the other is reality. And in the latter, beautiful long hair requires a lot, a lot of patience and a lot of effort. Then there's genetics, which, no matter what harsh products we use, can honestly mess things up. And if we have thinner and more prone to breakage hair in our genes, it will not magically become thick and healthy.

But that doesn't mean we can't admire some who have both genetic luck and patience. She is one of those lucky ones 34 years old Alena Kravchenko from Odessa, Ukraine. People like her after seeing hers 1.8 meter long hair, already named "the real Goldilocks". Alena has not cut her hair since she was five years old, and her mother also influenced the decision. "My mother influenced my love for long hair from an early age," Alena told the Bored Panda portal.

So she hasn't cut her hair in almost 30 years, and even though her hair has already outgrown her (Alena is 1.68 meters tall), she doesn't even think about cutting it. "My love for braids is so strong that I have never spent a second in my entire life thinking about cutting it. I can't imagine myself with short hair or a different color," he adds.

Although taking care of such long and beautiful hair takes a lot of time, Alena says that it is not difficult for her, because she simply admires her hair. "It is not difficult for me with my hair, not even with constant care. It's a joy for me because it's a part of me - my beauty and wealth," says Alena. She also adds that you keep your hair healthy by washing it dry naturally, so no hair dryer, and uses care products. Also does not use flat irons or curling irons, do not comb wet hair, wash them once a week, use natural mask and various care oils.

Her final advice for everyone who wants to have long and beautiful hair is: love them!
