Ingredients - pancakes filled with Nutella and peanut butter (for 4 to 6 pancakes):
- 140 grams of flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- half a teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 135 milliliters of milk
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Nutella
- peanut butter
- baking butter
The process of preparing pancakes filled with Nutella and peanut butter:
Place the Nutella in the microwave for 10 to 15 seconds. When it is sufficiently melted, add the peanut butter and mix lightly. Put the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a large bowl and mix. Add milk, lightly beaten egg, oil and vanilla extract. Mix well to form a smooth mass. Prepare the pan and butter. When the butter is fragrant, pour the mixture for the first pancake into the pan. After that 30 seconds of baking, add a tablespoon or two of the Nutella and peanut butter mixture and top it with the pancake batter (enough to cover the mixture). When the pancake is cooked on one side, turn it over and cook on the other side. Repeat the same with the rest of the pancakes. Have a good run!
