Both ice cream and watermelon are welcome on hot summer days. Watermelon ice cream is a delicious, refreshing and quickly prepared dessert.
Ingridients:
- 400 g of watermelon
- 120 ml of Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- a spoonful of lemon juice
Preparation
1. Peel the watermelon and cut it into cubes. Place together with yogurt, sugar and lemon juice in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or into a larger container and place in the freezer for at least four hours.
