Ingredients - Nutella mousse:
- 230 grams of cream cheese (room temperature)
- 3/4 cup Nutella (bought or homemade)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 3 spoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons of roasted hazelnuts
- 2 tablespoons of chopped dark chocolate
Preparation process - Nutella mousse:
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, Nutella and powdered sugar with an electric mixer. Mix until a light, fluffy mass is formed (2 to 3 minutes). Transfer the mass to a slightly smaller bowl, and in a clean larger bowl now beat the cream with sugar and vanilla extract. Add a third of the whipped cream to the Nutella mass and mix with a spatula. Add another third, mix slowly and do the same with the last third of the whipped cream. Divide the mixture into 4 to 6 glasses and place covered in the refrigerator for 30 to 45 minutes (or overnight). Before serving, decorate them with a dollop of whipped cream and two teaspoons of roasted hazelnuts and dark chocolate. Have a good run!
