Preparation of strawberry cheesecake dessert:
Melt the butter in a pan. While it is cooling, grind the cookies and the peeled almonds in a blender. Pour the ground mixture into a bowl, pour melted butter over it and knead well. Cover the greased bottom of the pie pan with the resulting mass and form a solid cookie base. Place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
In the meantime, melt the white chocolate over a steam bath and then pour it into a large bowl. Add cheese spread, mascarpone, sour cream and powdered sugar. Mix slowly and cover the base of the biscuit evenly with the mixture.
Boil the strawberries, sugar and starch in a small saucepan and cover our cheesecake with the mixture. If desired, cut a few slits in the pie so that the topping can be spread nicely inside the filling and conjure up attractive patterns. We put the cheesecake in the fridge for a few hours and serve it pleasantly chilled to our unexpected guests. Bon Appetit!
