Preparation of a surprise chocolate ball with ice cream:
First, melt the chocolate over steam and then add a few extra (chocolate) drops to lower the temperature. Next, we need a round mold. Pour chocolate into one half, close the mold and turn it gently until the chocolate is evenly distributed on the wall. Place the mold in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to harden the chocolate. In between, we turn the mold for a few minutes. The cooled chocolate is then placed on the heated inverted base to make a hole. But why explain it to you when chef Byron Talbott can show it to you.
