Christmas cookies with cocoa
Ingredients
- 2 cups of white sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup oil of your choice
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- half a teaspoon of salt
- icing sugar
Directions
- Mix the sugar, cocoa and oil in a medium bowl. Beat the eggs and gradually add them to the mixture, and finally mix in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Then gradually combine the mixture, cover the dough and store it in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
