Ingredients

  • 2 cups of white sugar
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup oil of your choice
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • half a teaspoon of salt
  • icing sugar

Directions

  1. Mix the sugar, cocoa and oil in a medium bowl. Beat the eggs and gradually add them to the mixture, and finally mix in the vanilla extract.
  2. In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Then gradually combine the mixture, cover the dough and store it in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  3. Shape the chilled dough into balls using a rolling pin. Dust each one with powdered sugar and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. There should be a distance of 1 cm between the balls.
  4. Bake in an oven preheated to 175°C for 10-12 minutes.
