Is there anything better than being able to combine our two favorite sins into one delicious dessert? Coffee-chocolate mousse combines the best taste and aromas of both ingredients, and the dessert can be prepared in a ridiculously short time.
Are you already drooling at the thought of coffee and chocolate mousse? The soft and creamy dessert is suitable as a dessert both after a celebratory dinner and for lazy sweetening on the couch. Now let's happily roll up our sleeves to work.
Ingredients of coffee chocolate mousse:
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 120 g of dark chocolate
- half a teaspoon of coffee
- 2 eggs
- 3 spoons of sugar
- half a teaspoon of vanilla sugar
- half a cup of whipping cream
Preparation of coffee chocolate mousse:
Put the cup in the freezer for a short time, which we will later use for whipping the cream. Then, melt the butter, chocolate and coffee together in a steamer (we recommend a simple technique Bagnomaria). When the ingredients are melted, let them cool for a minute or so. Now you can also add 2 egg yolks to the mixture and mix everything together, then put the mixture in the refrigerator. While the mixture is cooling, in another bowl, whip the snow from 2 egg whites and add 2 tablespoons of sugar. Now we can take the cup from the fridge that we placed in the fridge at the beginning and beat the cream with 1 tablespoon of sugar and vanilla sugar in it. Then take the coffee-chocolate mixture from the refrigerator and mix it with the snow from the egg whites and then add the whipped cream. So, a great mousse is ready.
